Counselling Services

Counselling Focus | Approach

I work with individuals having difficulty navigating life transitions, such as graduating from or returning to school, finding or losing a job, relocating, getting married or ending a relationship, becoming a parent, changing careers, experiencing an illness or injury, losing a loved one, or entering into retirement.

When it comes to career related transitions, guidance is tailored to a person’s unique career history and circumstances (e.g., gender, ability, culture, ethnicity, etc.).

I also specialize in assisting parents of food-allergic children, helping them navigate and successfully manage the social and emotional aspects of living with food allergies.

My style is warm, attentive, and collaborative. I take a practical, strengths-based and action-oriented approach, with a holistic focus on the therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about helping clients identify and utilize their strengths and resources, deepen their self-awareness, achieve their goals, and have more meaningful and productive lives.
